Welcome to Aegis Care Solutions, established in May 2017 providing person-centred care in the comfort of your home. We can proudly announce that we are Care Quality Commission regulated to provide home care services in Leeds, Wakefield and in surrounding area.

With 20 years of experience in health care sector, our registered manager leads the company and is supported by our multiskilled staff members. To deliver our services in a person-centred way, we ensure that standards are upheld by the team which reflects our reputations and strengthens the value of our business. As specialists in adult care, our team is committed to providing tailored and high-quality care in your home and community.

Our team includes registered health care support workers working in the fields of learning disabilities, providing a tailored service to both clients and candidates.


Our robust recruitment process ensures we recruit a diverse range of candidates with extensive experience in care. This ensures we will always provide competent care workers to our service users.


Our highly trained staff complete 15 modules before commencing working with us to ensure they are competent and skilled to deliver all aspects of their jobs. We are constantly looking for more training to boost our staff’s capability and understanding of our service users to maintain the highest standard of care.

To reduce travelling time for carers, we structure and allocate our staff near to the client. Our main mission is to focus on the needs of our clients and to provide a service that is holistic. We ensure that we follow all times excellent services which comply with CQC Regulations and underpinning Government Legislation.
