Our Recruitment Criteria

To work with us you would need to meet the following criteria:

You must currently be living in the UK

Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions and two professional references are essential

Have minimum of 6 months previous care experience

Have excellent communication skills, written, verbal and listening

Have caring and compassionate attitude
